1 smaller beets, boiled or even better, baked | |
1 spoon of tahini paste | |
100ml olive oil | |
1 spoonful of garlic powder | |
1 spoonful of black cumin (turkey) | |
½ lemon | |
Himalayan salt to taste |

Blend together chickpeas, boiled or roasted beets, tahini paste, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon, black cumin, Himalayan salt.
