Chia seed chocolate pudding
Chia seeds are packed with healthy fats! Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) makes up about 75% of the fat in chia seeds, making them ideal if you have high blod cholesterol, fatty liver, hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s, or high blood pressure.
