Keto muffins with eggs
Mother Nature’s original superfood – eggs have been part of our diet since ancient times. An average serving of 2 eggs contains: 82% of the daily need for vitamin D, 50% of the daily need for folate, 25% of the daily need for riboflavin (vitamin B2) and 40% of the daily need for selenium. Eggs are an ideal food for those who want to lose weight, have problems with insulin resistance, slightly elevated blood sugar, diabetes, and the thyroid gland. Eggs also contain beneficial amounts of vitamins A, E, B5, B12, as well as iron, iodine and phosphorus – all vital nutrients that support your healthy, balanced diet.
