How can I buy a meal plan?
Meal plan is in the form of e-book and is ordered via an electronic form: fill in the required information and send the order. The e-book with the meal plan is considered ordered at the moment you choose and confirm the payment method. After the payment is made, the selected e-book with meal plan will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you enter when ordering. All e-books are in PDF form

Unfortunately, we do not make individual plans or offer online consultations.

When will I receive the book?
After purchasing the e-book, you will receive a download link via e-mail, which includes the PDF book, immediately after payment.
Do you offer refunds?
